Textural description of figure

The figure shows a picture of an animal cell. A cell has an irregular, oval shape. The outer part of the cell is the cell membrane. Most of the cell is the cytoplasm, containing the machinery used to help the cell function. At the centre of the cell is the nucleus, which stores the chromosomes, the cell's supply of DNA. The cell uses the DNA to manufacture the proteins it needs to do its work.
